Will checking what I qualify for hurt my credit?
No. The application uses a soft credit pull, which doesn't affect your credit score.
How much funding can I get, and how fast?
It depends on your revenue, time in business and credit. Next-day business funding goes up to $2 million, lines of credit up to $150,000, and same-day micro-funding up to $10,000.
I already have a funding offer. Can you beat it?
Send it over before you sign. I'll take it to my funding partners and see if one of them can meet or beat it on cost and total payback.
Do I need both funding and a website?
No. Plenty of clients only need one. Start with whichever matters most right now.
Will the AI give legal, medical or financial advice?
No. It shares what you've approved (your services, how consultations work, your availability) and books the appointment. Anything about whether someone has a case, which treatment suits them or what they'll qualify for goes to you.
Who approves what the AI says?
You do. We write the questions, answers and hand-off rules with you, and nothing goes live until you sign off. You can change any of it later.
How fast can my website go live?
Most sites launch in as little as 7 business days after onboarding. Bigger custom builds take a little longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline on your strategy call.
Do I own my website?
Yes. It's a one-time build and it's yours to keep: the site, the content, your logo and your domain. There's no subscription required to keep it online. Most clients add an optional care plan so we handle the hosting, security and updates.
What's the hosting plan, and is it required?
Hosting is optional. It covers managed cloud hosting, your SSL certificate, daily backups, and uptime and security monitoring. It's quoted with your build, and content changes are quoted the same way. You can also host the site yourself. You own it either way.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on how many pages you need and what the site has to do, so I quote each one after a free preview. You'll see the exact price before you commit to anything, and it doesn't change halfway through.
Is SEO included in my website?
Every build ships with a search-ready foundation: proper page structure, titles and meta descriptions, clean headings, image alt text, mobile performance, a sitemap, and Google Analytics and Search Console setup. Ongoing SEO (keyword research, new location pages, blog content, Google Business Profile, citations, backlinks and rank tracking) is a separate monthly service, priced to your market. We keep them separate so you never pay for rankings work you didn't ask for.
Is AI automation part of the website?
No, they're two separate things. The website is a one-time build you own. AI automation is a monthly service that plugs into your site to answer, follow up and book clients 24/7. Plenty of clients pair the two, but you can start with either.
Is the AI right for my business?
If leads already come in from ads, Google, referrals or social, and some of them reach out at night, on weekends or while you're busy, it usually is. If the phone isn't ringing yet, an AI front desk has nothing to answer, so start with the website and the SEO. I'll tell you that straight on the call.
Can I cancel the care plan or an AI plan?
Yes. The care plan is month to month, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, and since you own the site it stays yours. AI retainers have a short 3-month minimum, then continue month to month.
